Paratha with Cream, Butter and Tea


  • Knead wheat flour into dough
  • Make round balls of dough
  • Using a wooden roller flatten the dough balls into a roti (flatten bread) shape 
  • Fry on a hot pan in oil or butter
  • serve hot with tea ,cream ,butter,jam or pickes,omelet,etc etc
